Gabriel and I met lan Pangilinan when we had requested a showing on the mls .

While this home met many of our expectations, we were unable to commit to putting in an offer at that time, but instinctively knew that lan was the right person to represent us. lan was very respectful, knowledgeable and encouraged us to take our time. Not only did he know the city and the housing market well, he was able to support his facts with accurate numbers. With a very restricted timeline, we put an offer on a home that we thought was out of our reach. lan was respectful of our budget and provided us with a well-thought out plan on how to proceed.
