While this home met many of our expectations, we were unable to commit to putting in an offer at that time, but instinctively knew that lan was the right person to represent us. lan was very respectful, knowledgeable and encouraged us to take our time. Not only did he know the city and the housing market well, he was able to support his facts with accurate numbers. With a very restricted timeline, we put an offer on a home that we thought was out of our reach. lan was respectful of our budget and provided us with a well-thought out plan on how to proceed.

While we could have settled on an offer that was beyond our budget, not once did lan advise or encourage us to do this. In fact, he reminded us of our budget and told us to hold firm on our offer. It seemed like an unlikely tactic, but in the end it worked. Gabriel and I purchased a house that went beyond our expectations, at an unbeatable price, and haven't looked back since. We are extremely appreciative of all the time, hard work and patience lan provided us. We felt relaxed and confident during the entire process, and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. It is, with absolute confidence, that we recommend future home owners to consider using lan,, when looking for a place to call home.
